Aura Graphics has always been at the spearhead of large-format printing technology and film & vinyl conversion; investing heavily in the latest equipment and industry advances.
We have 100,000ft² (9,290m²) of print and signage production space at our two facilities in Suffolk and Staffordshire. With a combined print capacity of over 11,000ft²/hr (1,000m²/hr), our operation is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. Home to state-of-the-art design, pre-production, management and quality-controlled graphics production.
We have a vast and diverse range of hi-end wide-format digital printing and screen printing equipment – supported by suitably compatible material conversion technology for drying, laminating, finishing and cutting.
Add this to our significant IT infrastructure – enabling seamless process integration throughout the production and project life cycles – and you clearly see the extent of our capability, capacity and efficiency.
Our studio of experienced designers are equipped with the skills and latest software to take your ideas, concepts and designs, developing and preparing them for scalable production. We have full design management capabilities, including sophisticated image scanning, computer-controlled colour matching and ink mixing, which enables exact and consistent reproduction of your brand and image.
Alongside this we are able to produce proof of concept, prototypes and various technical drawings, guidelines and manuals. We can take your designs and provide expert advice on component specification and all the other important considerations involved in rolling out projects in real-life environments.
We have been instrumental in the development of wide-format printing technology in the UK for many years, especially its use in vehicle graphics production. Our equipment has been approved by leading material manufacturers to ensure compatibility with their media and our ability to offer full product warranties.
We have 8 digital printers capable of printing to a wide range of media including paper, banners, vinyl, mesh, carpet and more. Our machines range from 6 to 8 colour and are able to print up to 3.2m wide by any length and to the highest quality resolutions. Short or long runs, we have the technology to meet your needs and budget.
To complement our digital print technology we have 7 screen-print presses of various sizes, including one of the largest in the UK. All our screens are processed on site from photographic stencilling to screen reclamation. A traditional technique that is still used in thousands of applications everyday, screen print remains a versatile method of imaging. For high volume and accurate colour representation, screen printing still provides the best solution for logos and labelling that require the highest quality and durability.
Our finishing department houses multiple ink dryers, flood-coating, 8 cad cutters, various lamination machines and die-cutting equipment, plotters, perforation and welding machines. These enable us to finish your graphics and signs to a range of specifications. We can use laminates or liquid coatings to protect, visually enhance, manage light or add specific features such as anti-graffiti or anti-bacterial properties to your graphics then cut them into all shapes and sizes.
Finished products can be collated and packaged in any combination of components, kits, batches, etc for immediate dispatch to multiple delivery points. Alternatively stock can be securely stored at our site and managed for next-day delivery.
